We can then taper your sessions off as you feel ready.

Because my work focuses on intensive therapy sessions, multi-hour appointments, and specialized couples counseling, these services fall outside what insurance companies typically cover. For this reason, Crossings Health operates as a private-pay, out-of-network practice. I do not bill insurance, but I provide superbills that you may submit for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan.
