PAYMENT & INSURANCE
Crossings Health, LLC is a private-pay practice. We are out of network with all insurance plans.
Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, we provide a detailed superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan.
For added flexibility, we also accept CareCredit for therapy services. You can learn more or
apply directly through the CareCredit website.
